Davey Café Closed Until Mid-August

The Davey Café in the University Library will be closed from July 1 until mid-August as part of normal summer closing operations.

The Library wants to thank the members of the University community for your support of the Davey Café during this, its first year of operation, and looks forward to seeing you again when we reopen!

Faculty Staff Book Club to Meet June 19

The faculty/staff book club will discuss Three Cups of Tea: One Man’s Mission to Promote Peace, by Greg Mortenson. To quote from a review in Bookmarks Magazine, this is “An inspirational story of one man’s efforts to address poverty, educate girls and overcome cultural divides” in rural Pakistan and Afghanistan.

The group meets Thursday, June 19 at noon in the Library Community Room. Please RSVP to  Sally DeLorenzo by June 13 if you’re coming.
