Literary Cuisine Set for April 26

Tuesday, March 27th, 2007

Registration for Literary Cuisine, co-presented by the University Library and Bon Appetit Dining Services, is now open. The event will be April 26, from 12 Noon - 1, in the Library Community Room.

Literary Cuisine matches an author and a menu based on his/her life and/or works. For our first attempt, we will be featuring Shakespeare’s As You Like It, with comments and commentary by internationally renowned food expert and author, our own Dr. Kenneth Albala.
