There will be a Naming Ceremony and Library Reception on Wednesday, November 1 from 4:00-5:30 pm in the Library Main Floor and Community Room. A Study Room is being named in honor of Sanji Muto, a Japanese businessman and politician who studied at Pacific in the 1880s. RSVP to sdelorenzo@pacific.edu or 209.946.2434.

In conjunction with California Archives Month, the library’s Holt-Atherton Special Collections department will offer tours of its facility this Friday, October 27. 30-minute tours will be given at 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, and 3:00 pm. Come learn about and view the unique resources in Special Collections, including the John Muir and Dave Brubeck collections. Holt-Atherton is on the basement level of the main library.
